Introduction
This Site, Superwarriors ("Website", "Site"), and its connected versatile applications ("Applications") are possessed and worked by COMPASS WEB INNOVATIONS PRIVATE LIMITED (from now on alluded to as "Superwarriors", "the Organization", "we", "us" and "our"). Registration
You can apply to register for an account on the Site and Apps in order to access certain restricted services and areas. You represent and warrant that all of the information you provide in your application for an account is current and accurate and that you will continue to do so. The Organization holds the right, in its only carefulness, to deny enlistment of a record under any circumstance.
As part of our security measures, if you choose a password or other login information to access your account, or if you are given one, you must treat it as confidential, and you must not give it to anyone else. Any unauthorized use of your login information or another security breach that could affect your use of the Site, Apps, or ours must be reported to us right away. If you don't follow this rule, the company won't be responsible for any losses or damages.
Eligibility
- No one under the age of 18 may participate in our contests.
- Indian residents can only enter the Contests at the time of participation.
- In accordance with the laws, some Indian states limit contest entries to residents of those states.
- Superwarriors Registration and entry are currently restricted to residents of the Indian states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana.
- Anyone wishing to participate in the Contests must have a working email address.
- Only participants who have registered on Superwarriors and registered for contests prior to each round will be eligible to participate in and win contests.
Restricted Uses
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to post content to the Forums and make it available to the public. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding your user content, which may be removed or the subject of an investigation. You agree that the Company may share or keep user content if it is required to do so by law or if it believes that doing so is reasonable and necessary to abide by the law or legal procedure; respond to claims that user content infringes on third parties rights; or safeguard the personal safety, property, or rights of the Company, other users, and the general public. In addition, we reserve the right to remove any user content that does not comply with these terms and conditions of use if we determine that you are in violation of your territory's laws or these terms and conditions of use. You agree that in relation to the Site and the Apps:
- Unless specifically authorized by us, you must not alter, copy, create derivative works, reproduce, republish, upload, download, post, transmit, or distribute any material or content from the Site or the Apps, including software;
- Not to license, sell, rent, lease, transfer, assign, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Site, Apps, or any content displayed thereon, in whole or in part;

- Not to download any file from a Forum user that you know, or reasonably should know, can't legally distribute in this way, and adhere to any content rules that we may occasionally issue.
Withdrawals
Winnings can be withdrawn via account payee checks or electronic bank-to-bank transfers. For all withdrawals, you agree to the following terms:
- Superwarriors can at any time request KYC documents. Accounts that comply with KYC can withdraw.
- Subject to winning money withdrawal limits, notify us at any time to withdraw funds from your user account.
- Depending on your withdrawal method, we may release the stated amount via electronic transfer or check after verifying the withdrawal request.
- The payment may also be deposited into your financial instrument by us. The company may require them to carry out the refund or withdrawal if your bank account information is unavailable.
- Your withdrawal will not be processed if your user account does not have enough funds to cover the processing fee.
- We will not reimburse you if the check is not honoured. Processing costs will be deducted when the check is reissued.
- We will process your withdrawals quickly due to verification and withdrawal transaction time.
- Postponed client account instalments won't be redressed.
- You should live in India and access Superwarriors Administrations from India to win.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise specified, nothing in these terms and conditions of use shall be construed as transferring or assigning any such ownership rights or any other interest in such rights to you or any other person or entity. All proprietary rights (including Intellectual Property) in the Site and the Apps, including the design thereof and any information and content therein, are the valuable and exclusive property of the Company (or its licensors, where applicable).
Errors, Changes or Unavailability
There may occasionally be typographical errors or inaccuracies in the content and information published on the Site and Apps. The content of the Site and the Apps may be updated by the Company at any time, but it is not required to do so. The content and information on the Site and the Apps are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, reliable, or up-to-date, and the Company is not responsible for keeping them up-to-date or responsible for any failure to do so.
The Site and the Apps may undergo enhancements or modifications at any time without prior notice from the Company or any of its suppliers. Regarding the contests, Limitation of Liability Superwarriors makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee, either express or implied and is not responsible for:
- Any errors in the information, whether they are the result of user error, printing errors, or malfunctions in any of the contest-related hardware, software, or programming.
- Errors, defects, delays, or failures of any kind, including but not limited to problems with communications lines, access to the Internet or websites, hardware, or software.
- Viruses and other digital or electronic disruptions.
- Unapproved human intercession, e.g., hacking and so forth.
- The possibility of a human or technical error in any aspect of the contest.
- Any harm is done to people or property as a result of the entrant participating in the contest, accessing, copying, or downloading materials from the Website or any other website, in whole or in part.
Termination
If the Company has reason to believe that the user is violating these terms and conditions of use or is making improper or unlawful use of the Site and/or the Apps, it reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or any portion of the Site and/or Apps at any time without prior notice and without providing any refunds. You may have all of your accounts subject to action if you use multiple accounts.
The Site and/or the Apps may be discontinued by the Company at any time without prior notice. The user and any third parties shall not be liable to us for any loss or damage whatsoever resulting from the termination or withdrawal of the Site, Apps, or any portion thereof.
Severability

In connection with these terms and conditions of use, you may file a claim in your home country to protect your consumer rights.
